On the surface, each project displayed has very different requirements - a successful screen reader experience for some, dynamic and realistic animation for others -
yet each shares the same need to communicate clearly and effectively. I strive to create user experiences that break complex problems, relationships, and information into simple and accessible elements.

The site |
The site is generated from database records using a custom content management system. This allows for less time to be spent on content publishing,
and more on content development. The database was a big help with accessibility goals as well, for example, finding and tagging occurences of common acronyms like HTML and CSS.
It also makes keeping dynamic elements such as navigation, tooltips, and other items up-to-date easy and straightforward.

After majoring in computer sciences, my first projects made it clear that communicating effectively with people would be more
challenging than the comparitively simple task of communicating with computers. Since then, my work has been focused on meeting that challenge,
combining design skills with a hands-on technical background to create successful solutions.
